Ultrapure water equipment is a water treatment system that employs methods such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultrapurification treatment, and post-treatment to almost completely remove conductive media from water, as well as reduce non-dissociable colloidal substances, gases, and organic matter to very low levels.
Working Principle
1. Water enters the purification system, with the main portion flowing into the resin/membrane interior, while another portion flows along the outer side of the template to wash away ions that permeate out of the membrane.
2. The resin traps dissolved ions in the water.
3. Under the action of electrodes, the trapped ions move with anions heading toward the positive electrode and cations toward the negative electrode.
4. Cations permeate through the cation membrane and are discharged outside the resin/membrane.
5. Anions permeate through the anion membrane and are discharged outside the resin/membrane.
6. Concentrated ions are discharged from the wastewater flow path.
7. Deionized water flows out from within the resin/membrane.
Technical Requirements
1. Two-stage reverse osmosis for deep desalination, with raw water quality <2000μs and hardness <450ppm;
2. Reverse osmosis purified water meets the GB6682-2008 Grade 3 water standard, while ultrapure water exceeds the GB6682-2008 Grade 1 water standard.
3. System desalination rate ≥99.5%, with a raw water to wastewater ratio of 1:3.
4. Features self-diagnosis for abnormal operation (water quality and volume of raw water, pre-purified water, and ultrapure water), with warnings or automatic system shutdown.
5. Intelligent fault detection (online replacement indicators for key system components: solenoid valves, booster pumps, UV lamps, sensors, etc.).
